       I live in Auburn, Maine with my husband, son, 2 cats, and a playful 3 year old Chocolate Lab.         

     I am a self taught artist and pre-school teacher. I enjoy painting on wood, slate, and glass. Slate is what I use for my paintings because of its unique look and feel. I have enjoyed painting people's pets for many years now. I have received such positive feedback (of my hand painted pet portraits) which inspires me to continue to paint. People contact me either because they or someone they know lost a pet, or they want to give someone a unique gift. Either way, my paintings seem to connect with anyone who loves animals. I also paint on glassware using a special glass paint, then bake in the oven to cure the design. I’ve created beautiful Wedding gifts for couples and enjoy doing these and many other types of custom orders.
